Welcome to NoChill Wear (nochillwear.shop). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our handcrafted apparel. By accessing our site or purchasing our pieces, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Professional Conduct & Site Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence.

You may not use our garments or digital assets for any unauthorized, illegal, or commercial resale purposes.
Any reproduction, duplication, copying, or exploitation of our custom apparel designs, creative photography, website layout, or trademarks without express written permission from NoChill Wear is strictly prohibited.

2. Handcrafted Quality & Product Accuracy

Our garments—particularly our signature summer linen collections, custom embroidery, and detailing (such as the Layl Fringe)—are crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Organic Materials: Because we work with high-quality, natural textiles like linen and cotton blends, slight variations in weave, texture, and organic color shading are characteristics of the fabric's natural luxury and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and draping of our garments as accurately as possible on our digital storefront. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile screen’s display of any color will be 100% identical to the physical piece.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Modifications

Pricing: All prices listed on our store are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue collections at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you immediately via the email or phone number/WhatsApp provided during checkout.
Payment: Payments must be made via our approved secure payment gateways at checkout or via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Ownership

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped according to our active Shipping Policy.

Once a package is handed over to our shipping courier partners and tracking details are provided, the risk of loss and title for the garments passes to you.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing, local transit disruptions, or incorrect delivery address details provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. All returns, size exchanges, and refunds are strictly governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Garments must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all designer tags and custom packaging intact.
Handcrafted Detailing: Items with delicate detailing (such as custom embroidery or fringe trims) that show signs of snagging, wear, or cosmetic marks upon return inspection will not be accepted for refund.

6. Personal Information & Privacy

Your submission of personal data through our storefront is managed securely and is fully protected under our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoChill Wear, our directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any garments purchased through our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
