Refund policy

يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب*
يشترط لقبول الاسترجاع أن يكون المنتج-
غير مستخدم-
في حالته الأصلية-
التيكت (Tags) لم يتم إزالته-
سلامة التغليف الأصلي-
يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من سلامته ومطابقته للشروط*
يتم طلب الاسترجاع عن طريق إرسال بريد إلكتروني يتضمن*
سبب الاسترجاع-
رقم الطلب (Order Number)-
يتم رد المبلغ عن طريق*
تحويل بنكي
أو فودافون كاش
يتم خصم مصاريف شحن قدرها 150 جنيه من قيمة المبلغ المسترد*
المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة أو بدون تيكت لا يحق لها الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال*

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days only from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
-Unused
-In its original condition
-With all original tags attached
-In its original packaging
*Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
*To request a return, customers must send an email including:
Reason for return
Order number
Refunds will be issued via:
Bank transfer
or Vodafone Cash
*A shipping fee of 150 EGP will be deducted from the refund amount.
Used, damaged, or tag-removed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
